«Why IMO these are players worth checking out their play»
A player who became known in the SF4 era for their C. Viper (which certainly makes them also a player to look out for when Viper drops for SF6 in the next 2-ish months), FAV|Fujimura had great success in SF5, and has continued in Street Fighter 6's competitive scene! While their results in SF6 haven't yet breached the heights of their Street Fighter 5 run, there's still time and they've still had some very, very solid results! Peak is probably finishing 7th/8th at EVO 2023, with a Top 96 finish at EVO Japan 2025's 7K+ player bracket, 7th/8th at the CPT 2023 Singapore Offline, and having some one off good performances at Japan World Warrior events across the 3 seasons! Which most recently in the first CPT 2025 Japan World Warrior event, they scored a Top 12 result, getting some points amongst that tournament which was record breaking for online tournament entrants! No doubt they'll be in hot pursuit of that World Warrior qualifier spot and we can continue to see them as a part of Team FAV at SFL JP 2025, while they're not doing too good after 2 weeks being 0-2, this tournament is a marathon, and the last loss was a close one!

They stepped into the arena with a Capcom Cup Champion (2015, SF4) and a two-time Super Battle Opera Champ (2011-2012, SF4), not many players have had that level of success, and that's not even mentioning CR|Kazunoko's accomplishments outside of modern competitive Street Fighter! Although through out the life of SF6 so far they've been streaming more, when they have stepped onto the competitive stage, it's been impressive results! At their first EVO for Street Fighter 6, they got into Top 96 of EVO Japan 2025 and its 7K+ player bracket, 4th at the CPT 2023 Japan Online Event, 3rd/4th at the World Challenge Cup 2024, very solid results at the Japan World Warrior, and as a member of the SFL JP team Crazy Racoon, who currently are sitting 1-1 in the SFL JP 2025 standings currently! No doubt we will continue to see CR|Kazunoko compete in the few tournaments they decide to enter, and it's no surprise to see them go on a big run in any of these tourneys they parachute into!
