Even playful habits can challenge us at times. I had a tough go with this one and kind of gave up/in to colours I normally stay away from. This was my way of revolting against play I wasn't enjoying.

When playful habits challenge me I envision kids on a playground playing and having a grand old time one minute and then in tears, hitting and yelling the next. This helps me remember play doesn't always need to feel fun.

I encourage you to grab a piece of paper and some mark-making materials and have a little scribble of your own today... I'd love to hear how it goes.
