If we do not take action now, 30 years from now, over 10 million people will die every year due to antibiotic-resistant infections. Due to the overuse and misuse of antibiotics, bacteria have learned how to adapt and change. Now we need to adapt and change our behaviors too. Antibiotic resistance is one of the greatest public health threats. Dr. Ravina Kullar, whose recent talk became a viral hit, now stands in the city where her infectious diseases research journey began. She wants to inspire everyone to be a part of the solution by arming them with the knowledge to take action.
