2021 FIAT 500 Hybrid Walkaround - In-Depth Static Review

Hello guys, welcome back to Car Obsession, and welcome to another walkaround. This time I'm joined by the 'new' FIAT 500 'Hybrid'. The reason for inverted commas is because this model isn't really new, nor is it really a hybrid.

It's in fact a mild hybrid, meaning you can't plug the car in, and you can't drive it on EV power alone. Speaking of power, providing it is a 1.0 litre naturally aspirated three-cylinder petrol which offers 70hp along with 90Nm of torque. This power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox.

0-62mph comes eventually at 13.8 seconds, and the top speed, in case you're really interested, is 104. There's a good chance you're more concerned about fuel economy - you can expect up to 53.3mpg on a combined run, and it emits 119g/km of CO2.
