This heavy metal / thrash metal / metalcore style guitar tone was made with free VST plugins software including the ignite amplifier from Emissary. All mixing and EQ was done in Reaper as a DAW. (I think I actually nailed the tone on this one.) This song is pretty easy to learn, all beginners should give learning it a try. The only tricky part is the timing in the breakdowns and getting that pinch harmonic down! This song is a banger, super high energy and a great catchy chorus. Its a really fun song to play! Beartooth are a fantastic metalcore / thrash metal band similar to The Amity Affliction, Of Mice & Men, (old) A Day to Remember, and I Prevail. I've always been a big fan of Beartooth and really enjoyed their albums Beartooth Disease and Beartooth Aggressive. I'm really loving this song and looking forward to more off of this upcoming album!
