Hey! Welcome to HOWZA channel! In today's video, we will show you how to remove and hide comments in Word.
Open Microsoft Word or the Word file you need.
Go to Review tab at the top panel. If you want to hide comments click on Show comments at the top panel. It will deselect the option and hide the comments.
You can view comments two ways: put your mouse pointer on the comment icon next to the text, It will show you the comment.
If you want to see all comments at once, click on Show Comments at the top panel. The right-side panel will appear.
If you want to remove a comment, select the comment you need from the right side panel. Click on Delete at the top panel. Select Delete if you want to Delete one comment. Select Delete All comments in Document if you want to delete all comments.
You can also select a comment in the right-side panel. Right-click on the comment. Select Delete Comment from the list.
