Get FREE Notion Templates: https://nas.io/protagonists/products a letter to myself: I often write this letters to sankho, i.e. myself. when I'm feeling low in life and I don't appreciate myself enough, I write these letters to myself. self-appreciation is a big driving force behind my self esteem. I feel like people don't appreciate themselves enough, although appreciating oneself won't solve any of their problems, it does make one feel good, it makes me feel good at least. I've wrote a lot of these but it's the first time I'm converting one into a video. The opening scene is not exaggerated, and is not part of the original letter I wrote, that part was added solely for the video interpretation.
