Kritika उम्र महज़ 22 साल है , बचपन से ही इन्होने bullying, body-shaming, depression, eating disorder, self-harm और कई बार suicide attempts जैसी चुनौतियों का सामना किया। लेकिन इनकी story का सबसे कठिन chapter तब शुरू हुआ जब वह सिर्फ 12 साल की थी। उस दिन वह class में अकेली रह गई, और इसी स्थिति का गलत फायदा उठाकर उनके एक trusted teacher ने उनकी personal boundaries cross कर दीं। जब Kritika ने हिम्मत कर यह बात अपने parents और school को बताई, तो उम्मीद थी कि support और justice मिलेगा, लेकिन vice principal ने उल्टा उसी को blame कर दिया और कहा "इतना हंस-हंस के बात करती हो, यही तो होना था।" यह एक sentence उसकी self-worth को तोड़ गया और सालों तक उसकी life को deeply affect करता रहा।

लेकिन यहीं से उनकी असली journey शुरू हुई zero से hero बनने की। लंबे समय तक mental health struggles से जूझने के बाद Kritika ने therapy ली, खुद को समझा और अपने अंदर की हिम्मत को फिर से पहचाना। Psychology में पढ़ाई करते हुए उसने internships और seminars किए, और एक NGO शुरू किया जो therapy को affordable और accessible बनाने के लिए काम करता है। आज Kritika सैकड़ों लोगों को मदद पहुंचा चुकी है, उनके जीवन में बदलाव ला चुकी है, और mental health को लेकर जागरूकता फैला रही है। उनकी story यह साबित करती है कि चाहे हालात कितने भी कठिन क्यों न हों, अगर आप गिरकर उठने का साहस रखते हैं, तो आप अपनी जिंदगी को नए सिरे से बना सकते हैं।

When Kritika gathered the courage to tell her parents and the school about it, she expected support and justice. Instead, the vice principal blamed her, saying, “You laugh and talk so much this was bound to happen.”
That one sentence shattered her self-worth and deeply affected her life for years.

But this was also where her real journey began from zero to hero. After struggling with her mental health for a long time, Kritika sought therapy, understood herself better, and rediscovered her inner strength. While studying psychology, she took internships, attended seminars, and eventually started an NGO that works to make therapy affordable and accessible.

Kritika has helped hundreds, spreading mental health awareness and proving that with courage, you can rebuild your life from scratch.
