Ep32 - A Day at the CSAO: Piscataway & Bound Brook (NS, Illinois Terminal HU, CSX GP40 Action, NJT)

We went to the Conrail Shared Assets Operation in Piscataway and Bound Brook, NJ and spent 11 hours there total! We get a WIDE variety of train action between Norfolk Southern, CSX, New Jersey Transit Raritan Line and a some CSAO designated trains with a CSX GP40-2 switching cars at Bound Brook. The day is capped with a NS 1072 Illinois Terminal Heritage Unit leading the way on 18G in Piscataway. One of the most packed days of railfanning yet. We start the day on Prospect Ave in Piscatway, NJ, Switch to Columbus Park, We go to Bound Brook and then back to Prospect Ave. Quite a few places with variety. Come along as we see some train action on the CSAO!
