What is so special about the Green Bay Packers? The fan ownership model is what make this football team unlike any other in the NFL.

I travel as a lifestyle and have spent the past month living in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Packers are synonymous with the city itself. The people who live in Green Bay are incredibly proud of their team, in a way that’s different from other cities.

Unlike other teams, the Packers are owned by its fans. Over 500,000 shareholders (or fans!) contribute directly to the team's financial success and are all considered part-owners. In this video, I explain the history of how this happened.

I also interview my step-mom Patty who is a HUGE Packer fan! She shares what the Packers mean to her.
