Setting up personal and company details in Zoho CRM is fairly easy.

You could add your personal and company details under general, in your Zoho CRM settings. In the personal settings, you could see information about your user; first name, last name, email role and profile, you could add your phone, mobile and website, and you could also see a section for your address information.

And then we have local information such as language, country date format, time format, your timezone and preferred currency and number format. You could also set how the name will be displayed. It is also possible to apply some custom color for your system; but it will be applied only for your user.

In the company details, you could set the logo, company information, phone, fax, current timezone, when your fiscal year begins, custom business hours ,and add a list of holidays if needed.
Under currencies, you could manage multiple currencies, and set exchange rates if that applies to your business.
