Just landed or feeling scattered after travel? 🌍
This 6-Minute Post-Travel Grounding Breath Practice will help you reset your energy, calm your nervous system, and reconnect to your body.

We’ll use a simple 8-8-8 breath pattern — inhale for 8, hold for 8, exhale for 8 — to balance your mind, release tension, and ground your energy back into the present moment.

Perfect to do after a flight, a long journey, or anytime you feel “up in the air.”
