I want to add some additional thoughts that weren't brought up in the video. So for starters, the mesmer spells we have aren't bad. I mentioned how I didn't use them, but after making the short I began using them more. There's only one spell out of the three that is terrible and that's Rain Of Fire. It's casting time is slow and it's insanely weak. Now the other two are pretty good. I was weirded out by Fire Serpent at first, but the fact it auto-directs toward enemies is a huge plus. Messmer's orb is my favorite because it puts the user up in the air where some enemy attacks can miss. Plus it does tons of damage when fully charged. Overall I stand by my point seeing how there are only three of them, but 2/3 spells being good is not bad at all.
