President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. administers the oath of office to various officials from the National Amnesty Commission (NAC), National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC), Marawi Compensation Board (MCB) and Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) in a ceremony at the President’s Hall in Malacañan Palace on February 20, 2023.

In his remarks, the President extends his gratitude to the newly appointed officials, recognizing their significant and crucial role in performing their respective functions for their offices under the Administration.

“I am very happy today that these agencies that are not terribly well-known but are extremely important to the function of this government. We know we have people in this very important agencies who we can count on,” the Chief Executive conveys.

Present during the ceremony are House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Secretary Antonio Lagdameo Jr., among other officials.
