INGREDIENTS
1lb jumbo shrimp
1 sleeve of Club crackers
8 oz crab meat
1 scallion
1/4 of a small bell pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
dash of Maagi sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

DREDGE
2 sleeves of Club crackers
1 cup flour (I left it plain)
2 large eggs
