​From a twisted heap of rusted metal to a showroom-quality masterpiece. In this project, we take a 2007 Honda CD 70 that was crashed, abandoned, and left to the elements for years, and give it a complete frame-up restoration.

​The Transformation Process

​We didn't just fix it; we rebuilt it from the ground up with "zero-meter" precision:

​The Strip Down: Complete teardown to the bare frame. We assessed the crash damage, straightened the chassis, and removed years of deep-seated rust.



​Paint & Aesthetics: The frame was treated with high-quality anti-rust coating and finished in a deep gloss black. We replaced the dented fuel tank and side covers with the classic 2007-era red decals.

​Chrome & Shine: Every bolt was either zinc-plated or replaced. New chrome rims, spokes, and a polished exhaust system give it that "just off the assembly line" look.

​Electrical & Safety: A brand-new wiring harness, fresh indicators, and upgraded braking components ensure it’s not just beautiful, but safe to ride.
