🟢食材:
排骨 700 克
薑、蒜、紅蔥頭、蔥 適量
桂皮、八角、月桂葉、花椒 適量
紹興酒 1 湯匙
生抽 1 湯匙
老抽 1 湯匙
冰糖 2 湯匙
熱水 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣排骨洗淨吸乾水,煎至兩面金黃。
2️⃣下桂皮、八角、月桂葉、花椒、薑、蒜、紅蔥頭、蔥白爆香,灒入 1 湯匙紹興酒,1 湯匙生抽,1 湯匙老抽,2 湯匙冰糖,加熱水蓋過排骨面,小火炆 1 小時。

🟢 Ingredients:
Pork Ribs - 700g
Ginger, Garlic, Shallots, Spring Onions - as needed
Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Bay Leaves, Sichuan Peppercorns - as needed
Shaoxing Wine - 1 tablespoon
Light Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Rock Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Hot Water - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Rinse the pork ribs and pat them dry. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
2️⃣ Add cinnamon, star anise, bay leaves, Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, garlic, shallots, and spring onions. Stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rock sugar, and enough hot water to cover the pork ribs. Stew over low heat for 1 hour.
