In this video, we'll take a look at how we can build a chatbot using Power Virtual Agent to help users fill a form.
The example I have is a user requiring assistance to fill a job application and how the chatbot can provide guidance. This is one of those many scenarios where you have a simple form that needs to be filled and having a chat with a bot makes things so much easier.
