In this video we discuss the correct way to use a book bag to protect your kid’s back.

1. Look for a book bag with wide and padded straps to distribute the weight on their
shoulders.

2. The heaviest book inside the book bag, should be placed closest to your kid’s back.

3. Use both shoulder straps, don’t put all the weight on one side.

4. Make sure the bottom part of the book bag does not fall below the waist line.

5. The weight in the book bag should not exceed more than 10% of your child’s weight.
