I played through the game on Normal difficulty and then dropped the difficulty down to Story Mode for New Game+ focusing on the "Cost of Lost Memories" ending which basically requires you to fail Lily's storyline. You do this by not picking up collectables (memory sticks, documents etc.) and skipping Eidos 9 and going straight to Spire 4.

The video shows the final boss battles and Cost of Lost Memories ending.
