Unsafe BOOM! with My Mate Vince - HDMI Switch & Blender Attempted Repair

Hi, this Tea Break Fix doesn't go to plan on either product. Still lessons are learnt and will hopefully never be forgotten. Firstly, I look at a 4K HDMI switch which either cuts out the power supply or heats up the power cable. Secondly, I look at a handheld blender which has no power.
