ZUCCHINI COCOA BERRY SMOOTHIE

1/2 zucchini
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon fresh mint (optional)
2 tablespoons chia seed (soaked for 5 minutes in water)
2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Directions: Add all ingredients into the blender and blend on high (or with a Vitamix, simply turn it to “smoothie” mode and let it stop automatically once it’s finished). Pour into a glass and enjoy!
