Pink Valentine's Day Sugar Cookies - No Artificial Food Coloring

Hello there,

in this video, I'm showing you a delicious recipe for strawberry sugar cookies with a beautiful pink color, completely free of artificial food coloring, perfect for Valentine's Day. Ingredients:
(2 baking sheets of cookies, about 30-35 cookies)

- 125g softened butter
- 75g powdered / icing sugar
- 1 egg, M
- 2 tsp vanilla
- a pinch of salt
- 230g all purpose flour
- 30g freeze-dried strawberries (https://amzn.to/4bmmunS)

For decoration:

- 100g chocolate
- freeze-dried strawberries (https://amzn.to/4bmmunS)

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 190°C on the middle rack for 6-8 minutes.
