More than five years ago, we sunk our life savings into an abandoned estate in Warwickshire, England. The very first property we tackled was the oldest and most historic. Built more than 400 years ago, the Caretaker’s Cottage was in desperate need of repair. Uneven floors, moldy, crumbling walls and cramped, dark spaces all needed to be restored. We did all the work ourselves and learned so much in the process! We’re extremely proud of breathing new life into this forgotten property and hope you love it as much as we do.
