45 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout (Out of Lockdown Edition)

Finally out of Melbourne's record breaking lockdown (the most locked-down city in the world..). We had a large group out in varying states of fitness, it starts smoothly with long recoveries between long efforts, but gets a lot harder as they get shorter near the end.
It is an edited video of one of our regular Tuesday morning rides along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. We tend to average 40+kmh. The Strava segment for the effort sections (not including warm-up/down) is:   / strava
