During our month in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia and most populous city in the Western Balkans, we explored the city, itself. We also explored some of the many, wonderful museums and took day-trips to the East and West of the city to Explore more of Serbia and its history.

We are Matt and Avic; Matt grew up in Virginia, USA, and Avic in Quezon City, Philippines. Since we started dating back in the 1990s, travel has been a major part of our relationship.

By May of 2021, both of our sons were out on their own and we were fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. We decided to quit our jobs, sell our house, get rid of most of our stuff (store the rest) and set out on a Nomadic Life.

“Explore Tayo” means “let’s explore” in Taglish (blended Tagalog-English.) “Tayo” is the inclusive “we” vs the exclusive “kami." This isn’t just OUR journey, we want to include everyone who watches our videos or visits our site so we hope you will hit "like" and "subscribe" and come along for the ride!
