Tap in with us for a 10 minute full body stretch / mobility routine that will help you build flexibility and boost your mood at the same time. This flow can be done as a warm up, cool down, or as an everyday routine to help you get into training or recovery. Each stretch will be done nice and easy to some of our favorite R&B instrumental beats. The stretches focus on specific problem areas that we commonly see which is shoulders, hamstrings, hip flexors, and back. Some of the stretched may be more difficult for you than others, so we recommend pausing when needed or disregarding the beat and going at a pace that works for you.
