Pam Pam is a natural-born model, with her fluffy, pure white fur and intense eyes. The look is one-of-a-kind. Pam Pam has a genetic condition called heterochromia, which means the melanin level in the irises is different, which produces an amazing look. While many kittens have blue eyes when born, their actual color will develop sometime between seven and 12 weeks. What most people don’t realize is that once a kitten matures fully, the eye should never change. If it does it could be a sign of something serious, and the cat may need to see a vet. Pam Pam’s eyes changed right before week 12, and when they did, her humans knew she was a special cat. So special, in fact, that she’s got an Instagram account with over 119,000 fans.
