Fostex 250 4 track | tear down part 1 | remove knobs, open case & remove transport

First in a series of videos tearing down a Fostex 250 4 track cassette recorder, manufatured in the early 1980s.

In this video, removing the knobs, opening the case end removing the transport from the case to enable replacement of rubber parts. In other videos I'll be replacing the capstan belt and other rubber parts in this vintage multi-track, deep cleaning the mixer, and providing a features overview and comparison to other four tracks from the same period.
