The Medit i900 comes in a single box, containing the scanner, user manuals, a desktop cradle, USB-C cables, scanner tips, and a calibration unit. The scanner itself is incredibly lightweight at just 165 grams and features a modern, symmetrical, and compact design.

One of the most striking features of the i900 is the absence of scanner buttons. Instead, Medit has incorporated three touch interfaces: a touch band for starting and stopping the scan, a touch pad for viewing and manipulating the scans, and a menu button for additional functions. This innovative design aims to minimize cross-infection risks and streamline the scanning process.

The i900 comes with four scanner tips - two large and two medium - which are more durable than previous models and can be autoclaved up to 150 times. The larger scanner tips are designed to increase the field of view, improving accuracy and scanning speed.

Setting up the i900 is simple, with a single USB-C connection to the laptop. The scanner automatically turns on when plugged in and features LED lights to indicate its status.

Dr. Al-Hassiny demonstrates the i900's impressive scanning capabilities on a dental model, showcasing its speed and ease of use. The familiar Medit Link and Medit Scan for Clinics software ensure a seamless transition for users of previous Medit scanners.
