Pizza Crust Ingredients:
2# 85/15 Ground Beef
1/4 C Pork Panko (crushed pork rinds)
1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp each: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pink Salt, Oregano
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Onion Flakes (or minced onion)
1 Egg

Directions:
Preheat cast iron skillet in 400 degree oven while preparing meat crust (a hot skillet eliminates meat from sticking to the bottom). Mix all ingredients until well combined. Take hot skillet from oven and put in 1 T Avocado oil and smooth around bottom and sides of pan with a paper towel. Place meat mixture in skillet and press on bottom and up sides to cover completely like a pie shell. Bake at 400 for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and drain off grease and dab top of meat crust with a paper towel to remove excess juices. Turn oven temp up to 425 while your putting on your toppings.

Toppings Used:
1/2 C Specialty Premium Marinara (I buy the Aldi Brand 4 net carbs/half cup)
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 C sauteed peppers/onions
1 C Diced Ham
3/4 C Diced Bacon
1/2 C Browned Pork Sausage
4 slices diced smoked Gouda cheese
1/4 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 C Thin Sliced Pepperoni

Put topped pizza back in 425 degree oven uncovered for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly to your liking. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Then serve and enjoy!
