Pete Alexander, Northern California resident and Williams Soaring Center local pilot, is a World class sailplane pilot who has been flying gliders for over 40 years. He has had the opportunity to fly with some amazing pilots at many world class soaring locations and is a well accomplished racing pilot. Pete has competed from the regional level all the way up to the world level and has learned much along the way. He has had various opportunities to fly with some wonderful coaches and pilots over the past two decades. He will share their tips, insights, strategies, a few stories, and a cornucopia of eye-catching photos of the energy lines in the sky from the Costal Mendocino Mountain range in Northern California as well some other sights across the globe.
