On today’s episode of the Movie Trivia Schmoedown, it’s the INNERGEEKDOM championship match from this past weekend’s #SchmoedownLive event at the El Portal Theater. The Anarchy Inner Geekdom Tournament has led to this moment. The Amazing Mara Knopic blazed through the tournament to essentially wrap up Rookie of the Year. And now she is primed to take on the champ Jason “Justice” Inman in a battle for his Innergeekdom title. Mara has shocked the Schmoedown world with her knowledge and coolness under pressure during the IG tournament. She’s fought through illness and her own doubts to defeat the best that the IG division has to offer, but facing Inman might be her toughest test yet. Jason fought his butt off to become champion in the IG division. He overcome a number of setbacks in his run to the title and now he is looking to fend off the challenge of a young, hungry and worthy challenger. Can he do it and become one of the legends in the game? Or will Mara achiever her championship dreams? This one is five rounds of Sweaty geekdom that will surely have the sell-out crowd of 300 people at the El Portal on the edge of their seats. You know there will be some great, nerdy, and tense back and forth between these two at their tables. See who will be left standing at the end and walk out the Innergeekdom Schmoedown Champion!
