Gold Price Nears Record as Markets Await Jackson Hole Speech From Fed's Powell

Gold was steady near a record high ahead of a speech by Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell later this week, which may offer clues on how rapidly the central bank will cut interest rates. Joseph Cavatoni of the World Gold Council says the metal will continue to trend higher. He speaks on Bloomberg Television.
