1. Relax your body and maintain a comfortable posture.
2. Do not move the head just the eyes.
3. Focus on the object.
4. Do not practice for more than 10 minutes at a time to prevent eye strain.
5. Practice regularly. Set aside dedicated practice time each day or several times a week to work on eye training exercises. Regular practice will yield better results over time.

Remember, everyone progresses at their own pace, so be patient with yourself.
