This gentle, low-impact bounce is the perfect way to assist your lymphatic system. Because this system isn't automatically pumped like your circulatory system, it requires movement to help move the lymph fluid through its one-way vessels.

What to do for 5 minutes a day:

Simply press down gently on the mat—your feet never leave the surface.

Incorporate light arm movements, shoulder rolls, and gentle pressure/massage around your clavicle (where the lymph fluid needs to drain).
