This was an expedition to find the Elusive Nipa Palm fruit - known as “nước dừa” or “Water Coconut” in Vietnam 🇻🇳

I traveled to Hoi An, got on a boat with a Vietnamese Uncle, and went hunting.
The Nipa Palm fruit pleasantly surprised me with its flavor. To me, it tasted like a mix between coconut and apricot 😋
I would definitely do this again 💯🤠
