🥔 Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)

¼ cup bread crumbs

3 tbsp grated cheese (optional)

4 tbsp corn flour

1 tsp black pepper

½ tsp crushed red chili

½ tsp chaat masala

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

🌙 Freezing Method:

Shape the nuggets, coat in bread crumbs, arrange on tray and freeze for 1–2 hours. Store in airtight bag. Fry directly from freezer whenever needed.
