Tower of Penance is an optional area in Lords of the Fallen (2023) and so is Blessed Carrion Knight Sanisho.
He is protected by an Umbral Parasite, so that's the first thing you need to take care of.
It's a melee boss that uses a lot of poison attacks, so it's good to have some poison cure on you.
Once defeated he will get up after few seconds, and he will try to charge you last one time exploding in poison cloud.
You can counter this by striking him as he gets up.
