Incredible lightning storm to end what was a very memorable chase day. We tracked this supercell thunderstorm through south central Kansas, and after it had produced several violent tornadoes, we were treated to one of the best lightning storms I have ever witnessed near the town of Anthony, KS. The entire sky was filled with continuous lightning. The barrage of cloud to cloud, and cloud to ground strikes was incredible. This was the same storm that produced the Attica, KS tornado early in the evening.
