Описание к видео Mike Tyson's Bodyweight Workout is Ridiculous (4,000 REPS!)

I tried Mike Tyson's bodyweight workout from home, attempting to do as many of the 4,000 reps as I could within a 2 hour window!

This is just part of Mike Tyson's daily workout. What's interesting is that this routine helped Mike develop his physique and led him to 41 wins out of 42 fights, and multiple world championships. It wasn't until 1995 that Mike started training with weights in the gym.

There are lots of different variations online about what the workout consists of, but this challenge was based on:

500 push ups
500 squats
500 dips
500 shrugs
2,000 sit ups
30 minutes of neck work

Mike didn't perform all the reps in one go, he would do microsets of each exercise between sparring and other activities to reach his total.

I tried this challenge because it was something I could easily attempt from home without needing a gym. Additionally Mike Tyson is currently making the news because on the 28th November 2020 he is scheduled for a heavy weight exhibition fight against Roy Jones Jr. Although Mike is 54 he is currently in fantastic shape, and I hope the fight lives up to the hype!
