Is Hawks FINALLY BALANCED In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Hawks has been nerfed once again in the latest My Hero Ultra Rumble Season 8 patch. They nerfed his beta again reducing the damage it can do when he’s in free flight and also nerfed how long he can fly with his special action. I believe they also added more characters that can stop his beta flight such as strike shigaraki with his own beta as well this patch. I’m curious to know how all of you are feeling about these changes to Hawks and if it makes a difference in how good the character is. The matches were chaotic and intense which I hope you enjoy!
