In this video, I install a low profile dash cam in my new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am not endorsing any of these products, just showing you how I installed / wired my dash cam.

Remote 'fused' power lead for hard wiring a radar detector:

I'd recommend a high endurance memory card since it'll be exposed to heat and overwritten a lot.
