The BEST Roasted Chicken Noodles I’ve Ever Had!

I eat some mì gà quay (roasted chicken noodles) at a restaurant in Binh Thanh District, Saigon, Vietnam.

The exact name and location of the restaurant are:

Mì gà quay San San
66 Đ. Trường Sa, Phường 17, Bình Thạnh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

I had their “dac biet” or special dish, which included fresh noodles, roasted chicken, char siu, dumplings, and vegetables. It was served alongside a warm bowl of chicken broth soup. I topped this delicious bowl of chicken noodles with some satay sauce that had delicious chunks of garlic in it. I had never seen satay sauce made this way before.

I recommend anyone traveling to or living in Viet Nam try out some of this mi ga quay, and if you’re in the Binh Thanh area, definitely go give this restaurant a try. It is located alongside the canal, which is a nice spot for a meal and a drink.
