Here's how to print your model at full scale in SketchUp, even if your model is bigger than what can fit on a single page: (Note: These instructions are for SketchUp Pro on PC)

1: Isolate the geometry you want to print by hiding other objects.
2: Go to Camera\Parallel Projection.
3: Pick a standard view from Camera\Standard Views (This is required for some reason, so if your object isn't oriented towards a standard view, you'll have to rotate it.)
4: Resize your SketchUp window so that the workspace tightly crops the object you are printing. Use zoom extents (SHIFT + Z) and Pan (SHIFT + Middle mouse button) to help.
5: Go to File\Print.
6: Verify the correct printer and paper size\orientation is selected. (You can also do this ahead of time in File\Print Setup).
7: Disable Fit to Page.
8: Disable Use model extents (Long story, but this feature doesn't always work correctly, so it's best not to use it.).
9: Set scale to printout = 1in and SketchUp = 1in.
10: Print.
