Happy Monday team! Hoping everyone is enjoying their entrance into Summer and training is going well for you...

My one year anniversary at my current #crossFit gym is coming up at the end of June, and while I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience, it's rather amusing to see the new #AI generated videos on Instagram about #Bigfoot trying CF workouts for the first time... This, of course, is why AI was invented.

All three workout scores are submitted, so I guess now we let the leaderboard settle and see how things fall out.

This week is going to be a #deloadweek since I've been chasing it pretty hard, and there are clear signs that my body is telling me to relax a little. Back to chasing the dragon next week. Also, this week I will likely be taking a couple opportunities to jog outside, and most especially, use the path through what I have affectionately termed 'Narnia'. Three months and change to go between now and the #spartanrace, as well as the #triathlon. In between, I'l be traveling north to the #CrossFitGames, so, if you see me, say hi!
