Narsimha Raju prepare his students for the real world by bridging the gap between the classroom and the actual world. Using Design Thinking for problem-solving, he is uniquely capable of identifying pupils' intrinsic skills and changing their difficulties into possibilities. His research interests include creating portable power supplies and algorithms for battery management systems used in electric vehicles. Kuthuri Narasimha Raju is an educationalist and researcher. He is working towards bridging the gap between the real world and classroom thereby motivating the individuals to identify their innate talent and transform problems to opportunities,since twenty years.He is a Professor in the Electrical and Electronics Department at KL University and also acts as Associate Dean academic Innovations, as a part of which he enables the academics to aid the innovative ideas of the students and transform them to start-ups.He conducts training sessions for working professionals and students in applying design thinking for problem solving in their profession. His research interests are designing power supplies for portable gadgets and algorithms for battery management systems used in electric vehicles. He has published twenty nine research articles in internationally renowned journals and has been mentoring students pursuing PhD and doctoral degrees.
