Rhythm Matters Studios has once again hired our friends at Bit Sculpture to build a unique set of tools. Our latest BLOG explains a bit about it! Sheet music and the first two rhythms are now complete so we can start adding content as soon as Bit Sculpture is finished with the product. Much more content will be added in time.

Rhythm Matters Studios is inspired by my friend and teacher who owned Rhythm Matters drum store in Santa Rosa years ago. Thaddeus Sierak. The name of our studio is from the memory of Ted's Store and awesome work as a percussionists teaching myself and many of my percussionists friends! Also met some awesome players who I have had the pleasure to play with in the Group Quantum Pulse!


The invite to join us is always open. Any local folks interested email us or simply call!

We are looking to do some small musical engagements around the lake this spring! Don't get left behind and join us!!

Every Monday Night Rhythm matters Students learn original Afro Latin Cuban Rhythms.

For Students of Rhythm Matters Studios there soon will be a great play list to view. This list will consists of each rhythm broken down into many parts.

"To give an example"

The Abakua is a great rhythm that has 6 different parts.

1. Low Bell Clave, 2. High Bell, 3. High Drum, 4. Mid Drum, 5. Low Drum, and 6. Shaker

In our play list you will be able to hear the rhythm broken down in many different varieties.

"Such as"

The whole rhythm and the whole rhythm missing just one of each of the six parts. Then each of the one drum parts by themselves alone. Then each of the one drum parts with the clave!

"This will be a valuable too"

Best of all as you listen to each part your computer screen will be filled with the tablature sheet music, which also will be available in a pdf format so you can print it as many time as you need!!
