B-52 bomber planes arrive in Europe 🇺🇸 🇬🇧

Cold War-era B-52H Stratofortress bombers of the US Air Force arrive in the UK to join NATO forces in Europe. Several passenger & cargo planes also assisted with the deployment. 🇺🇸 🇬🇧

The bomber planes landed at RAF Fairford, a standby airfield for the US Air Forces in Europe. It's the only bomber base of It's kind in the continent and therefore key to the United States European Command area of military operation. 🪖
