The XINHUA sleeve labeling machine is designed for applying transparent shrink film onto aluminum alloy containers for men’s hair spray, followed by heat shrinkage using an electric heating system. The key steps in the process are as follows:

1. Automatic Clamping Belt & Container Drop: Before entering the sleeve labeling machine, an automatic clamping belt mechanism drops the container onto a pre-designed fixture on the conveyor system. The fixture lifts the container, ensuring the shrink film can wrap around the bottom of the container.

2. Precise Automatic Sleeve Labeling: Once the container is in position, the automatic sleeve labeling system applies the shrink film with high precision. Due to static electricity on the transparent shrink film, an anti-static device must continuously eliminate static interference during the labeling process to ensure smooth and accurate film application.

3. Positioning Mechanism for Sleeve Alignment: A positioning mechanism works in synchronization with the sleeve labeling machine to ensure that each shrink film is consistently positioned on every container. The coverage at the top and bottom of the container must remain uniform, avoiding misalignment where one end has excessive or insufficient coverage.

4. Leister Hot Air Gun Pre-Positioning: Before entering the electric heat shrink tunnel, a Leister hot air gun is used to pre-fix the shrink film in place. This step ensures that all shrink films maintain a consistent position on the containers before the final heat shrinkage process.

5. Electric Heat Shrink Process: The electric heat shrink tunnel must provide a stable, precisely controlled temperature with uniform internal air circulation. This ensures that the shrink film contracts evenly, resulting in a tight, aesthetically refined, and high-quality finish on the container.

This systematic approach guarantees high efficiency, precision, and uniform shrink film application, meeting the required packaging quality standards.
